1. The original receipt must be available for ease of exchange. Exchange of any item without receipt requires supervisor approval and signature.
  2. All exchanges must be within 7 days of the purchase date.
  3. Staff must check the purchase validity with its own records for it to be valid for an exchange.
  4. All Loose Attars (essential oil perfumes) and Oud (aloe wood) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  5. Packaged products must be returned in its original state and packaging and may only be returned in exchange for store credit. (Opened boxes will not be accepted for return).
  6. Store credit is available for immediate exchange, and store credit vouchers are valid for up to six months from the date of return.

All exchanges must be made by the customer. The customer must be able to present a copy of their ID, and provide their phone number and signature.
